Unattended!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here comes the month of the heart!!!!!!!!!

Many of the juniors and seniors got excited when this season came because they will be having their Juniors and Seniors Promenade. But I was not one of them.
Several days before the promenade, some of the participants were already ready for the said occasion but some are still cramming and thinking what will they wear so that he/she will not be shameful in the eyes of others.

This year I did not ready for the promenade since will not attending it.

Three weeks ago my grandmother died. I was very lonely that time and my study was also affected, some of my teachers noticed it because sometimes I am not participating in their classes. The death of my grandmother was followed by the death of her brother. Her brother was comatose for six day because of heart attack. For that I did not attend the Juniors and Seniors Promenade. That night during the Juniors and Seniors Promenade I slept late thinking of what was happening on that events thinking of someone.

It might be the last blog

Several days to go before graduation mix emotions filled up my heart. I am about to leave my beloved alma mater. My school that developed me into what I am today. My experience in my high school will remain until my last breath. They are not kidding when they said that high school life is the beautiful and exciting part of our life. During the time I have stayed in this institution I have experienced my thing, my first crush and preferably my first love, my first dance and many more that was happened first.

Few days after the periodical test our principal has already stated that the periodical test for the fourth grading is already near. Many requirements must past; all of the teachers are hurrying teaching their lessons if they only know the students are the one suffering. My concentration on my study during the last 2 weeks is disturb because of the death of my grand mother.

During the fourth grading period I am expecting that this will be easier than the previous grading. I hope that I will not encounter anymore my problems on the last grading. I will past my projects on time and no more “pahabol”. In this grading I think we will be dealing with IT or information technology. I am not particular with matter so I am eager to learn something about it. I know that anything that I will not understand I know that my teacher is always there standing behind me.

HTML ACTIVITIES

As the new grading comes I learned new things about HTML or hypertext mark-up language.

During the second grading period we worked on HTML tags and apply it to our activities our nine (9) activities helps us to master our tags. The HTML activities that we have are the following:

During this days we are accompanied by our teacher Mrs. Vera Cruz who help as in our activities.

“Before starting a new beginning you must end first what you have started”.

Before entering the second period of class, I must first took the first periodical test. My hardship in preparation and reviewing for the test was lengthen because the test was postponed for several days.

After the periodical test, here comes the new interesting topic, about the HTML. I have also learned about the kinds of tag which is the stand-alone tags and the container tags. I have also learned about their functions and uses.
This is only my first time to hear Hyper Text Mark-up Language so some of the problems that I have encountered was the understanding of terms if what are their functions or when to use and when to apply them.
With the help of my teacher I have overcome these challenges. She was good in teaching and She introduces the words clearly. During the hands-on my partner helped me on my difficulties.

My Past Two Weeks

On the last two weeks it was an exciting and unforgettable experience for me because there were many activities held in our school.

During these day we have no formal classes because most of our classmates attended a seminar regarding the programs of the Philippine National Red Cross also on our subject T.L.E we have no classes for the first week because our teacher, Mrs Vera Cruz was not around because her niece died. During the Food Festival, it was an enjoyable experience for me because we sell nutritious foods for the participation for the said festival and it was participated by students of Ilocos Sur National High School in all year levels. After the festival, we didn't only gained money but also we gained happy and unforgettable experience on that activity even though we experience such problems and hardships during that festival.

I will consider this as a happy and unforgettable experience in my life. And all of this was my happy moments during the past two weeks.

My First Blog

1. What are the new learnings/discoveries that i have learned?

--Starting from the opening of the class this year, sy 2007-2008 i have learned many things in internet ' for it is our topic. i have learned the history of internet. the internet history first starts because of the ar between USSR and US-ARPA which later creates artificial earth satelite called sputnik. then, this satellite was use by four universities in America using the computer. Then, it goes international and comercially availablesothe connection of USSR and US were disconnected for the sake of their military secrecy. Then Mark Andreesen creates the Web and in 1982 the term "INTERNET" WAS born.I've also learned about internet services and tools, the major components of internet which is the web server and browserand how do they work together. there are also different data types like text files, graphic files and multimedia. Protocols are set of rules, based on my undersanding. I have also learned about Search Engines and how to use them on searching something on the internet.

2. What are the problems/challenges that i have encoutered?
--As an individual, i was not able to to avoid challenges and problems that comes as i am studying. Since this is my first time to talk on internet. Not just like some of my classmates that has wide knowledge on internet, i know that i am just a beginner that will overcome many challenges like sometimes that i didn't able to understand our topic because of unfamiliar terms. I have also some problems regarding on our activity "mining the internet" because it is hard to look for the source/copryright/author/date published/sponsor of such article.

3. How did i adresses these challenges?
--I have overcome my problems with the help of my classmates and my teacher who is always ready to help to any problems on a students like me. Because of my perseverance and hardworkingness i have overcome these problems.

4. Moving on ..............
--Moving on i will be a good example to my brothers and sister to have a perseverance to their studies. Beacause of the knowledge that i have and i will gain i will use this to teach other people who ask for my help.
